Webstore products are sold by Summer Cape Oy, business ID: FI14841337, We sell products to companies and private individuals of age in Finland and in EU-area. Prices include VAT. We withhold the right to change prices and delivery costs.
You will receive an automated confirmation in your email. Ordering requires a working email address.
Web bank account: When using a web bank account and you're paying your order, you will be temporarily redirected to your own bank and you will pay the products you ordered from your own bank account. Transaction details will be seen in your bank transfer info. The package will be delivered once the payment is seen in our bank account.
Web bank tranfers is carried out by Paytrail PLC. (2122839-7) in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit companies. From the user point of view the service works just as traditional web payment.
Cerdit card: Payment is also possible by using Visa or Mastercard credit card. The package is delivered once the payment is seen in our bank account.
If you want to pay with Visa, Visa Electron or Mastercard card, Summer Cape Ltd. is acting only as product- and service marketer and delivers the products to the customer. Paytrail Ltd. is responsible for reclamations.
When paying with Visa, Visa electron or Mastercard cards, Paytrail PLC. is acting as product seller and the transaction happens between the customer and Paytrail Ltd. Seller responsibility includes all selling related oblications. Paytrail PLC. is also the payment receiver.

Exhange and return policy:
According to the Finnish customer protection law, the customer has 14 day exhange and return right. The return right only applies to unused and resellable products in their original packaging.
Include the following information in your return:
Customer number, name, address and phone number as well as bank account number and a copy of Silentia order confirmation.
Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be done within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package has been damaged in the mail, one was immediately make a reclamation to the post office.
We withold the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must read the current delivery terms before ordering.
Silentia handles all customer information confidentially and commits to not give customer information to third parties.
